Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of a global AI-powered chatbot for technical information (engineering);
  
  
• Act as the mainpoint of contact between business and technical teams, managing stakeholders worldwide who don't speak the technical language;
  
  
• Ensure roadmap definition, prioritization and delivery, maintaining a clear focus on feature benefits and business impact;
  
  
• Drive thescalability and centralization of the product;
  
  
• Assume full ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept to delivery;
  
  
• Coordinate a technical team, promoting collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement;
  
  

You must have

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related area;
  
  
• Proven experience as Product Owner, Technical Lead, or AI Project Manager;
  
  
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI concepts and their application to enterprise solutions;
  
  
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills;
  
  
• Strategicand proactive mindset, able to adjust direction quickly and ensure roadmap execution;
  
  
• Experience leading or coordinating technical teams;
  
  
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
• Availability to go to the office 1 to 2 times per week.

Nice to have

• Background in engineering or technical chatbot solutions;
  
  
• Experience withAI-driven platforms.
