Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a Project Manager for enterprise internalization for this project! What are we looking for?

Main Tasks

  • Work with SMEs to help the company achieve internalization.
  • Mitigate risks by defining, implementing and executing actions that meet the conditions of the SMEs.
  • Provide operational support to teams implementing the extended team in Portugal, India and Poland. Organise change management for onshore teams.
  • Work with SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, etc.) to identify the main risks.
  • Elaborate on the contracts (SLAs, billing processes) between the company and each location, and supervise the contracting process.

Technical Skills :

  • Project management
  • Risk Knowledge & outsourcing awareness
  • General knowledge on IT topics, or IT Risk and Cyber Security
  • Knowledge of data protection regulatory landscape, internal policies and standards
  • Knowledge of major frameworks, issues and developments regarding Law and Regulation

    • Location : Hybrid in Lisbon or Porto (Portugal)

    Language : English proficiency
