Assurance Analyst Location : Lisbon, Portugal Employment Type :

Full-time Remuneration : Base salary Key Responsibilities : Ensure

adherence to quality standards, acting as the go-to expert for

guidelines Review and rate various content types, providing written

justifications for your evaluations Collaborate in calibration

sessions, contributing to team alignment and improvement Conduct

peer audits and assist in training new team members Handle multiple

assignments independently, meeting all KPIs to ensure smooth

business operations Work closely with the team to share best

practices and insights for continuous improvement Requirements :

Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English (minimum B2 level)

Eligible to work in Portugal (EU citizenship or residency)

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a logical

approach Excellent communication skills, able to present your

reasoning clearly and concisely Comfortable with G Suite tools,

especially Google Sheets Willing to work flexible shifts (Monday to
