COBOL Developer

Descrição do cargoAt least 7 years of programming experience in COBOL, DB2 / SQL, JCL, CICS COBOL Online (Screens and Maps) and sequential file handling. More than 5 years of experience in system analysis and design. Experience in Visual COBOL and Eclipse development tools. Knowledge of Unix shell scripting is a plus. More than 5 years of experience in conducting program unit testing and system integration testing. Excellent communication skills and team spirit. Fluency in English is mandatory. Hybrid work – office in Lisbon (2 / 3 days per week).
We are looking for a COBOL Developer to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!
Location : Lisbon
Main Tasks :
- Develop and maintain applications using COBOL, DB2 / SQL, JCL, and CICS COBOL Online (Screens and Maps), including sequential file handling.
- Perform system analysis and design to ensure robust and efficient solutions.
- Work with Visual COBOL and Eclipse development tools.
- Execute program unit testing and system integration testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support in the creation of technical documentation.
