What You'll Be Doing

You'll review and moderate content on popular social media platforms, making sure everything follows community guidelines. You'll :

Analyze and act on flagged content (text, images, video)

Escalate complex cases when needed

Apply guidelines fairly across different types of content

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

️ What You Need

Fluent in Italian (C1) and confident in English (B2)

Strong understanding of social media and digital trends

Experience in moderation or e-commerce is a plus

Availability for 24 / 7 rotating shifts

A rational, calm approach and attention to detail

Eligibility to work legally in Portugal
