As a German-Speaking Content Moderator, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and positive online experience for users by ensuring that content aligns with established guidelines. Your keen eye for detail and strong judgment will be essential in reviewing and moderating user-generated content, ensuring it meets community standards and legal requirements.

This is an on-site position, meaning you'll be working from our modern offices in Porto. We're looking for individuals who are responsible, ethical, and possess a strong commitment to online safety. While prior experience in content moderation or a related field is a plus, its not a must-have. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: Diligently review user-generated content (e.g., text, images, videos) submitted in German, ensuring adherence to specific platform guidelines and policies.
• Policy Enforcement: Apply content guidelines consistently and accurately to identify and action inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content.
• Decision Making: Make informed and timely decisions regarding content visibility, removal, or escalation based on established criteria.
• Documentation: Accurately log and document moderation decisions and observations, contributing to a robust record-keeping system.
• Trend Identification: Proactively identify emerging content trends, policy gaps, or potential risks and report them to relevant teams.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on evolving content policies, guidelines, and cultural nuances to ensure effective moderation.
