Your Role :

As a Customer Support Representative , you’ll assist customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service and solutions. This role is available on-site in Lisbon or fully remote , giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you.

Requirements :

Languages : Native Dutch speaker ; basic English

Education : A degree (of any kind) is required

Experience : Previous experience in customer service, sales, or BPO is a plus

Skills : Proficiency with PC and CRM systems , clear communication, and strong listening skills

Personal Attributes : Empathy, patience, a commercial mindset, flexibility (including evenings and weekends), and resilience under pressure

Bonus : Interest in the telecom sector is a plus!
