Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Trinetix is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtualization & Cloud Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust virtualization platforms and cloud-based infrastructure solutions. You will work across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments, leveraging deep expertise in virtualization technologies, workload migrations, and infrastructure automation to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-efficient solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, Kubernetes-based distributions, and public cloud services, as well as strong skills in automation, observability, and disaster recovery planning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and customers to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in our infrastructure services.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM / OpenStack, Proxmox, Nutanix) and lifecycle management of virtualized infrastructure.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing infrastructure automation and CI / CD integration with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Solid understanding of platform-level networking (firewalls, load balancers, DNS) and security best practices.
• Experience with workload assessments and migrations (P2V, V2V) ensuring minimal downtime.
• Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with customers.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and travel occasionally as required.
