Product Owner

We’re looking for a Product Owner / Business Analyst (Lisbon)

Who We're Looking For :

Professional Experience & Technical Skills :

• Define and drive product vision aligned with business strategy, maximizing value and ensuring strong user involvement.
• Act as key advisor to stakeholders, providing insights, risk analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, translating business processes and requirements into clear, outcome-driven user stories and functional specifications.
• Oversee development progress to ensure timely delivery, quality, and alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Lead system and user acceptance testing, including test planning, execution, and resolution of issues.
• Design and deliver training programs, including preparation of materials and conducting user sessions.
• Provide end-user support (2nd / 3rd level) for transversal HRIS systems, acting as main contact for production and BAU teams.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines, reporting standards, and project governance.
