We are looking for an experienced

Business Analyst

with hands-on expertise in

SAP Fieldglass

to join a high-performing

Source-to-Pay (S2P)

team in Lisbon. You will play a key role in

maintaining and enhancing the Vendor Management System (VMS)

, supporting the day-to-day operations, and ensuring compliance and quality of service across global entities.

This is a great opportunity to work in a structured environment with

international stakeholders

while contributing to the success of a strategic procurement and workforce solution.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Maintain master and user data in SAP Fieldglass.
  • Manage platform configuration, reporting, and release support.
  • Provide application support and respond to user inquiries.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance with group standards.
  • Collaborate with business users and tech teams across multiple countries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for Fieldglass operations.

What we´re looking for :

  • Proven experience with SAP Fieldglass (configuration, support, reporting).
  • Strong understanding of Sourcing / Contingent Workforce processes.
  • Experience in business analysis, data handling, and user support.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • Experience working in large, international organizations.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and platform governance in SaaS tools.
  • Previous involvement in Release Management or BAU application support.
