🧩 What you’ll do:

Client Support Champion for SMBs: Deliver top-tier support to small and medium-sized businesses across live chat 💬, email 📧, and phone 📞. Proactively reach out through outbound calls to resolve issues quickly and effectively, providing seamless assistance in both Russian and English.
End-to-End Customer Journey Support: Guide clients through every stage—from pre-sales curiosity to post-sales success—ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience with all self-service products. 🚀

🎯 What you bring:

Native-level Russian and fluent English
High School Diploma (mandatory)
Currently living in Portugal or planning to relocate (visa not provided)

Flexible Work Schedule: Work 40 hours per week (8 hours/day + lunch break 🍽️) on a rotational shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, anytime between 07:00 and 00:00—perfect for early birds 🌅 and night owls 🌙 alike.
Accommodation Support: Settle into Lisbon with ease! You’ll have the option to stay in a cozy room within company-rented apartments for at least your first 14 months—making your relocation smooth and stress-free ✨.
Modern Workplace Locations: Join the vibrant hubs of Teleperformance Portugal, with offices across the country—5 in Lisbon 🌆 and additional locations in Covilhã and Porto. Work where innovation meets culture!
