About the Role :
We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to join Grupo Codeware Digital SL, focused specifically on generating and closing new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Clutch, DesignRush, and other freelance or B2B directories.
This role is highly results-driven and requires someone with undeniable experience in outbound sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, crafting proposals, managing platform presence, and converting opportunities into signed contracts. Your daily work will revolve around client hunting, pitching, negotiating, and ensuring steady revenue through external channels.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively source, pitch, and close new clients through Upwork, Clutch, and similar platforms
- Craft compelling proposals, profiles, and case studies aligned with our service offerings
- Manage bidding strategy to ensure consistent inbound opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with qualified leads and client accounts
- Track performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, response time, contract value)
- Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to tailor offerings per client needs
- Provide strategic input on market positioning, pricing, and platform optimization
Requirements :
