Responsibilities

Then join our Customer Support Team as a Customer Support Specialist (all genders) for the English-speaking market and satisfy our customers by delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Support our existing English-speaking customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
- Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
- Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
- Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers
Requirements
University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical trainingFluency in English is mandatoryOther languages such as French, Italian, Spanish etc. are a plusWindows® / Mac user knowledge desirableAt least some experience working with customer and / or in sales, e.g. InternshipsDetermination, enthusiasm and willingness to learnWorking independently is just as important to you as team spiritStrong communication skills and passion for working with peopleWhat we offer
