DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Respond to information requests from professionals clients or other stakeholders regarding a specific product or service area.
- Manage incoming communications via email and phone providing accurate and timely support.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and propose actionable solutions.
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every four months) to ensure service continuity.
REQUIREMENTS :
Native / fluent in Portuguese (C2) and Spanish (at least C1) both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)A higher education degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field (e.g. life sciences health sciences chemistry or a related discipline) this is a mandatory qualification.A strong interest in research and evidence-based practices.Excellent communication organizational and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.OFFER :
