We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist - Technical Systems Focus to join our IT team in Lisbon .

Previous experience in the financial sector is essential , as you will be working closely with systems and platforms that support core banking operations.

What is the role overview?

As an IT Support Specialist , you will provide hands-on IT support to business users in Lisbon with a focus on technical functions. You’ll be the first line of support for issues related to the Temenos platform (T24, TDS, TAP) and other business-critical systems.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Provide technical support for Temenos platforms (T24, TDS, TAP).
• Conduct post deployment and morning checks
• Triage of Temenos related issues reported by business users.
• Develop and maintain T24 Enquiries, TAP Formats, SQL or Powershell scripts
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve cross-functional issues.
