Job Scope and Key Responsibilities

For our offices in Rio de Mouro, we are looking for a

Junior Payroll Administrative

, who will assist with payroll processing, hiring and terminations, among other activities, for Sunglass Hut and Ray-ban employees, for a

period of one year

Main Areas of Responsibility

• Support in managing hiring, registrations, cancellations, changes in working hours and terminations;
• Support in payroll management;
• Support in SAP system management;
• Support in managing / applying different collective bargaining agreements;
• Review of salary calculations, benefit adjustments and income tax;
• Active participation in improving processes in your field of activity;
• Resolution and management of service-related incidents;
• Internal customer service;
• Data analysis and interpretation.
