Schedule : Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 18.00. Weekends fixed off!

Experience : With or without previous contact center experience

Relocation : provided, both for candidates moving from a different area in Portugal AND from abroad

Cross Border Talents is seeking a German Speakers (proficiency C1 and higher, spoken and written) for our client, an American multinational IT consulting and outsourcing company : join their team as a Legal Operation Analyst (a Content Review role) in Santos, Lisbon (a centrally located area with great transport connection). This is an on-site role, offering structured work hours from Monday to Friday. No prior experience in a contact center is required, making this an excellent opportunity for both entry-level candidates and those with experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process incoming legal requests with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client policies and guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality standards and adherence to agreed turnaround times.
• Back-office role with no direct customer interaction.
