Customer Service Agent for Expedia - French Speaker

Your responsibilities Support customers during the booking process by phone, email, or chat.

Assist with booking modifications, cancellations, and refunds.

Provide guidance and solutions during customers’ vacations.

Maintain and expand client relationships.

Generate and manage qualified leads.

Ensure high-quality customer and client support across multiple areas.

Your profile Native-level French, with a good level of English (B2+ preferred).

Passion for travel and the tourism industry.

Strong communication and listening skills.

Motivation, commitment, and a proactive attitude.

Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career experience.

Working hours : Full-time (40h / week) on rotating shifts, depending on the project.

Salary conditions (2 options) :

With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) : €1,040 gross / month

Without accommodation : €1,240 gross / month

Relocation package for international candidates :

Reimbursement of your initial flight after 9 months

Airport pick-up upon arrival

Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)
