About the Role
We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Braga. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing clear solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries in French (no English required).
Assist customers with credit-related services in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses via phone, email, or chat.
Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
Work in a team-oriented environment with rotational schedules.
Requirements
Native or fluent in French .
No English is required for this position.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts (MondaySaturday).
Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday : 07 : 00 AM 07 : 00 PM (rotational shifts)
Saturday : 08 : 00 AM 03 : 00 PM
Days off : Sunday + 1 rotational day
Contract & Salary
Contract type : Permanent (with 3-month trial period)
Base salary : 880 (x14 months)
Performance bonus : 168 (x12 months)
Meal allowance : 7.23 per day
Transport allowance : 20 per month
Position bonus (Braga) : 20 per month
