We're Hiring : French-Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Location : Braga, Portugal (Remote)

Work Model : Fully Remote

Contract : 6 months (with option to extend or go permanent)

What You'll Do :

Assist customers across phone, email, chat, and social media

Provide friendly, timely, and accurate support while updating internal systems

Build strong relationships by ensuring effective issue resolution

Share feedback and suggest improvements to processes and services

Work collaboratively with your team to achieve targets

What We're Looking For :

Professionally fluent French (C2) + good English (B2+)

Customer service experience is a plus

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to learn new tools quickly

Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player

Flexible to work on a 24 / 7 rotating shift schedule
