Job Title : Dutch Sales Account Executive

Location : Lisbon, Portugal (fully onsite)

As a successful Dutch Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally.
REQUIREMENTS
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs by delving deep and understanding their business models
- Working with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and working on analysing data
- Managing and maintaining the inhouse knowledge database and reaching out to recruiting new experts when required.
- Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
- Strong networking skills
- A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in weekly & monthly meetings
- Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction
