Job Description

What You'll Be Working On

As an HR Product Owner, HR Systems , you will play a critical role in managing and evolving Bose's Workday platform and supporting HR technologies. You'll lead the product roadmap, intake and prioritization of enhancements, and ensure seamless integration between Workday and other enterprise systems. This role requires a strong understanding of agile methodologies, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for optimizing digital employee experiences.

This position is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and onsite in Lisbon, Portugal).

Your Role

Business Support

• Be a subject matter expert (SME) regarding the business processes and the capabilities / limitations of products assigned
• Address business-related questions and training directly with users
• Provide knowledge transfer to the appropriate technical support groups
• Display first-rate customer service abilities and always be willing to help with a positive attitude
• Develop solid product governance plans
• Maintain knowledge and awareness of all product functionality supported by the respective product area
• Serve as the primary point of contact for products supported by the respective product area
• Leverage relationships to support the business as needs arise
• Maintain awareness of how the business utilizes support applications and the underlying business problems
• develop a long-term strategy for products, inclusive of cost, technology, and the full lifecycle roadmap
