Descrição do cargoSAP S / 4HANA (FI, MM, SD, PDAP, Cockpit, Readsoft) Knowledge of Project Management tools / methodologies (PM experience is a plus) Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with test and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence – nice to have) English – Fluent (mandatory) French – Fluent (mandatory) Degree in Finance, Information Systems, or Business Management 3–4 years of relevant experience in large and international environments Experience with data migration, SAP implementation, and process optimization Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics to non-technical users Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting Be part of a major transformation project with real business impact Work in a collaborative, international, and multicultural environment Hybrid work model promoting flexibility and work-life balance Opportunity to grow in a role at the intersection of business and technology
🔍 Business Analyst – SAP S / 4HANA | Lisbon (Hybrid)
About the Role :
We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global transformation project focused on finance and procurement processes. This role is part of a large-scale SAP S / 4HANA deployment, where you’ll play a key role in data migration, testing, and supporting end users through the transition from ECC6 to S / 4HANA.
You’ll work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery, process alignment, and post-Go Live support.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct functional analysis and provide support across SAP modules (FI, MM, SD)
- Support end users during testing phases (UAT, regression) and ensure proper documentation
- Help define or adjust business processes to align with the new SAP S / 4HANA environment
- Monitor project interdependencies and coordinate with development teams
- Deliver user training sessions and contribute to knowledge transfer
- Participate in aftercare and ongoing support of new financial processes
