Descrição do cargoFluent Dutch and English at B2 level or higher Experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is a plus, not a must Comfortable speaking on the phone and engaging new people Motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal Full training program (2 to 4 weeks depending on the project) 12-month renewable contract; permanent after 2 years Monthly bonus based on performance (up to EUR 300 or EUR 900 quarterly) Meal allowance paid via card (tax-free) Private health and dental insurance after contract signing 22 vacation days per year plus Portuguese public holidays Christmas and holiday bonuses paid monthly
Location : Lisbon (Remote work is possible, but only for candidates residing in Portugal)
Language Requirements : Fluent Dutch + English (B2+)
Contract Type : Full-time, 12-month renewable (option for permanent contract)
Relocation Support : Available for international candidates

- Onboard new advertisers or upsell services to existing users
- Build solid customer relationships and overcome objections with ease
- Work with performance goals and contribute to a high-impact team
