Position : Content Moderator

Location : Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type : Full-time

Remuneration : Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Monitor and assess content to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and standards.
  • Conduct quality reviews with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
  • Detect and report potential issues or policy breaches promptly.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions to support the ongoing improvement of processes and policies.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
  • Previous experience in content moderation, customer care and / or online business will be considered as an advantage
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
  • Conscientious and reliable
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Customer focused with willingness to assist
  • Team player.
