We are looking for :

Highly motivated and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Consultant with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions across diverse global organizations. Specialized in managing the full learning lifecycle , including online, instructor-led, and blended learning programs.

Proven ability to translate business learning strategies into scalable SuccessFactors Learning solutions . Expertise in Learning Management configuration, content integration, compliance training, reporting, and seamless integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and third-party content providers (e.G., LinkedIn Learning, Udemy).
