An innovative real estate platform connecting buyers, sellers, and estate agents in a pre-market property marketplace is looking for a Sales / Customer Experience Agent. This role involves providing both inbound and outbound support, guiding users through the platform, assisting with listings and registrations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The agent will record all activities in the Client's CRM promptly and accurately after each interaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inbound Support (AHT ~15 minutes);
- Assist sellers with creating listings, uploading photos, entering property details, and setting price expectations;
- Provide status updates on buyer engagement, feedback, and next steps;
- Support buyers with registration, interest submission, filters, troubleshooting, and pre-market education;
- Assist estate agents with onboarding, dashboard access, and billing / payment queries;
- Handle general technical support (password resets, form errors, responsive design issues);
- Outbound Support (AHT ~5 minutes);
- Conduct Estate Agent Activation Calls within strict timeframes, providing registration details and encouraging sign-up;
- Follow up with agents missing listing info or valuation submissions within SLA;
- Remind agents about pending proposal responses;
- Confirm appointment statuses with sellers and agents;
- Perform post-handoff check-ins after 5 weeks to gather feedback;
- Re-engage high-intent buyers and escalate hot leads;
- Conduct post-transaction CSAT surveys and gather testimonials / referrals;
- Additional Support Tasks;
- Assist in agent activation, CRM data cleanup, marketing activities, research, social media engagement, and content scheduling;
- Log or resolve issues in CRM and escalate to the responsible team member when needed.
Requirements :
Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written);Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities;Empathetic and patient communicator with a solution-oriented mindset;Strong organizational skills with meticulous CRM record-keeping;Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple inquiries professionally;Persistent yet courteous approach to follow-up;Confident on the phone, able to guide conversations and handle objections;Adaptable, with the ability to adjust scripts or approaches mid-call.Would be a plus
Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes;Experience working with CRM systems and structured workflows;Background in outbound sales or lead activation roles;Previous experience in real estate, property management, or customer experience roles;Ability to work with multi-channel communication tools and adapt to new technology quickly.Work Conditions :
The probation period is 2 months;Working hours : Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM UK hours, including 1 hour break.Job Type : Full-time.
