The challenge
We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation of our software at food factories, ensure smooth onboarding for new users, and build long-term relationships with our clients.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with both our internal teams and factory teams. You’ll need to understand complex manufacturing processes, translate them into software workflows, and ensure every implementation delivers real value from day one.

Where we work
We work in a hybrid model, primarily on-site at our (Google-like) headquarters in Leiria, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 3 days per month. We believe in the power of being together - especially when building something this ambitious.
