Occupational Health and Safety Technician

We are currently strengthening our team with an Occupational Health and Safety Technician (M / F) , who will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of environmental, hygiene & safety, and sustainability requirements associated with our operations (R&D Unit, Production Units, and Headquarters).

Responsibilities :

• Implement policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with environmental and safety requirements;
• Implement normative requirements for the certification of an integrated Quality, Environment, and Safety management system;
• Conduct regular environmental and safety audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with standards;
• Execute environmental and safety training programs to ensure teams are aware and empowered;
• Prepare incident reports, investigate accidents, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrences;
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered according to established quality standards;
• Participate in defining Quality and Sustainability goals and monitor progress toward those goals;
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
