Profile

As a Composite Lay-up Technician , you will be responsible for preparing molds and supplies, positioning components on molds or patterns with precision, using draping techniques and applying vacuum films for the vacuum process.

You will also prepare for the autoclave process, perform intermediate checks, and ensure order and cleanliness are maintained at all times. Your tasks include registering and validating all process steps and solving first-line problems according to procedures. You will also cooperate and take responsibility for activities related to ISO 14001 compliance.

For this position, attention to detail, motivation, a willingness to learn, and good physical condition are essential, as the role involves working on your knees atop the molds and performing manual tasks with your hands at all times.

It is required to pass a dexterity test that will take place at the company's facilities in Lummen .
