Location : Lisbon (Hybrid – 2x / week on-site)

Your Role – IT Ops Specialist

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, driving automation, and resolving complex technical challenges to support mission-critical systems.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Manage and support IT workload using TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console)

Develop and maintain Shell scripts to automate tasks

Track and resolve issues using ticketing tools such as Jira or ServiceNow

Provide operational support in Unix / Linux environments

Apply strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot effectively

⭐ Must-Haves

Strong experience with TWS (Tivoli Dynamic Workload Console)

Proficiency in Shell scripting

Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow

Comfortable in Unix / Linux environments

Solid problem-solving abilities

Fluent in English

➕ Nice-to-Have

Experience with additional scripting languages

Knowledge of ITIL processes

Previous experience in a technology consultancy environment
