Customer Support Representative - French Market (Remote in Portugal)

We are hiring Customer Service agents for Audi in Portugal!

Benefits

880 / month × 14 salaries per year (12,320 annually)

Meal allowance : 7.23 per working day

Transport allowance : 20 per month

Health insurance : Active from day 1 (employee contribution required); free after 6 months

Welcome / position bonus : 80 per 11 months (Braga only : 20 per 12 months)

Permanent contract

2 rotative days off per week

Remote position (Lisbon area only; candidates must be located between Coimbra and Algarve)

Working Hours

Monday to Sunday Rotative shifts (24 / 7 coverage)

2 rotative days off per week

Requirements

Fluent in French and good command of English

Strong customer service skills with KPI experience

Ability to work shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Candidates must reside between Coimbra and Algarve (remote only; no relocation provided)

Accepted documents include an EU ID, residence card, Manifestação de Interesse, and visas (under consultation).
