Now we are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by leading end-to-end B2B sales cycles in the beauty and retail sectors, build strategic partnerships with European cosmetics brands and retailers, and provide market intelligence and advisory insights to support HautAI’s expansion in key markets.
What You'll Do : Drive Revenue Growth
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closing, focusing on B2B clients in beauty and retail
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations showcasing our AI skin analysis technology
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools and data-driven strategies
Build Strategic Partnerships
Identify and pursue high-value opportunities with European cosmetics brands and beauty retailersTarget key markets including UK, Germany, France, and other EU territoriesNegotiate contracts and pricing structures that maximize both client value and company revenueCollaborate with our technical team to customize solutions for enterprise clientsMarket Intelligence
Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new business opportunitiesProvide feedback to product development based on client needs and market demandsRepresent Haut.ai at industry conferences and networking eventsWhat will help you thrive in this role :
Sales Excellence
3+ years of B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement (tech, SaaS, or beauty industry preferred)Proven track record of closing deals in the $50K-$500K rangeExperience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approachesIndustry Knowledge
Understanding of the European beauty / skincare market or demonstrated ability to quickly learn complex technical productsFamiliarity with AI / ML concepts and ability to communicate technical benefits to non-technical buyersExisting network within UK / EU beauty or retail industries is a strong advantageCore Competencies
