Position : Client Success Manager
Location : Portugal / Greece (Remote)
Wage : $10 USD / hour (Full-Time)
Language : Excellent written and spoken English required
The ideal candidate will support long-term customer growth through passive prospecting and relationship building. You’ll be the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients, focused on delivering value, providing support, and identifying growth opportunities to help customers achieve their desired goals.
Responsibilities
- Own overall relationship with assigned clients
- Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
- Aid clients in achieving their goals
