Compensation : Base salary + relocation package + bonus

💼 Responsibilities :

🕵️‍♀️ Review user-reported video content for compliance with platform guidelines

📌 Monitor daily content activity and apply corrective measures

⚖️ Make fair and balanced decisions based on defined policies

💡 Suggest improvements for moderation processes and user safety

🚨 Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism

🎯 Requirements :

• ️ Native / fluent in Danish (C2), intermediate in English (B1+)
• ️ Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
• ️ Fast learner and able to adapt to new tools and policies
• ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ️ Strong organizational and time management abilities
• ️ High attention to detail and ability to assess content objectively
• ️ Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
