🌟 The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Accountant to join our Finance team and help keep our accounting processes running smoothly. You’ll play a key role in supporting document management, invoice processing, system integrations, and communication with our external accounting partners.

This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position that’s perfect for someone at the beginning of their accounting career, eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven hospitality environment.

✨ About the Team

The Finance team at Vida Plena is structured to cover the full financial cycle with both strategic and operational expertise. It includes our CFO, an Accounting Department (led by an Accounting Manager and supported by an external accounting firm), a Finance Manager focused on FP&A, a Junior Controller, and a Treasury & Accounts Payable Specialist.

We’re a growing team with evolving responsibilities, working closely together to support the company’s ambitious goals and ensure strong financial performance. As our operations expand, new challenges and opportunities constantly arise — making it a dynamic and rewarding environment for curious, hands-on professionals.

• Collect, organize, and share financial documents and invoices with our external accounting firm
• Digitize and archive relevant physical documents for accounting purposes
