Coordinate Us – As Fitness Manager at ROBINSON

As a fitness manager – or, as we call it at ROBINSON : WellFit-active department head – you’re a real sports ace. With your team of group fitness trainers and personal trainers, you really get our guests in motion.

In your job as a fitness manager, you’re responsible for the entire range of fitness activities at your club, and your professional management ensures the high quality of our fitness program.

Fitness Professional Under the Palms

Your strengths as a fitness manager are in demand : in close contact with the club director and the specialized field at our company headquarters, you direct the fitness program at your club, e.g. in Portugal, Italy, Spain, or Turkey, and develop it continuously. The care and maintenance of the material you are entrusted with are also your responsibility. Of course, you are also active with the guests and teach classes that our guests will rave about for a long time to come. You’re a true professional in your field and can demonstrate your broad expertise in such classes as HOT IRON, indoor cycling, yoga, Pilates, or deepWork.

Fitness Manager, Leader, and Role Model

As fitness manager, you are always the first contact person for your team, and you lead by setting a great example. You also take care of the specialized advanced training of your employees and sometimes instruct them yourself. Your own development is also a priority in your job as a fitness manager : Top presenters regularly hold events at our clubs. Here, your team and you can profit from regular training sessions that expand your class portfolio. In addition to your activities at the fitness studio, you’re a warm host and also support other departments at the club. Your dancing skills at our shows are just as much in demand as your friendliness when you greet arriving guests.

For Your New Job as a Fitness Manager, You Should Bring Your Passion and the Following :

• A Group Fitness B-license or similar training
• Licenses in additional group-fitness formats, such as HOT IRON, indoor cycling, and yoga or Pilates
• Multi-year teaching experience and experience in the training field
• Ideally, prior experience in team management
