Customer Success Specialist
Job Description : We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our Customer Success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Dutch-speaking customers via email, chat, or phone, guiding them through our products and services, and collaborating with the team to improve customer satisfaction.
What You Will Do :
- Support Dutch-speaking customers via email, chat, or phone
- Guide clients through products and services, ensuring a smooth experience
- Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Native / Fluent Dutch speaker with good English (B1 / B2)Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetBased in Portugal or open to relocate (relocation support provided)Benefits :
