Descrição do cargoNative or proficient level of Spanish (C2) Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written Ability to adapt to a challenging software system. Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail Desire to learn and advance, be a curious investigator and problem solver Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal Availability to work onsite Availability to work 24x7 (40 hours / week) Paid professional training Relocation package : refund of the initial flight ticket. Salary : 1050 euros gross per month (12 payments ) + performance bonuses. Your future project : join our Spanish Content Moderator team.
Our client is the leading destination for short form mobile video, with the mission to inspire creativity and bring joy.
As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include :
- Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to your platform
- Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
- Improve the content management strategy for short video platforms
- Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
- Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
- Be responsible to follow the direction of management and provide feedback
