Job Details :
- Schedule : Monday to Sunday, 10 : 00 to 19 : 00. Later possibility of extending beyond 09 : 00 to 21 : 00 (rotative shifts). 40 hrs / week, 8 hrs / day
- Days Off : 2 rotating days
Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone with professionalism and empathy.Provide accurate information and effective solutions within defined service levels.Escalate complex cases to specialized teams where necessary.Track, meet, and exceed KPIs in areas like response time, resolution quality, and customer satisfaction.Maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy in all communications.Requirements :
