€2,000 / month + €500 bonus for each successfully completed project

About the job

This job is posted under the name of Klass Wagen, but it is not for the company itself – it’s for one of the company’s founders, who is looking for a reliable person to manage projects at his private property near Bombarral.

What you will do

You will coordinate and supervise various development and maintenance projects, such as :

• Installation and maintenance of lawn
• Building and maintaining a vegetable garden
• Setting up and caring for a small fruit tree orchard
• Terrace with barbecue, sauna, jacuzzi, etc.
• Wooden deck construction (60 m²)
• Pedestrian path (80 m²)
• House insulation and other improvements

Your main responsibility is to organize, plan, supervise, and ensure quality – not to do all the work yourself. However, basic technical skills are required and it is appreciated when you can also fix things independently, when needed.

If you would like to live in Peniche or Baleal,  the owner is open to renting a 2-bedroom apartment together and splitting the rent.

Although he will rarely use the apartment, you would have it for yourself most of the time.
