Mission :

As a Recruiter Business Partner, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying, attracting, and managing top talent in the market, ensuring that TEKEVER continues to grow with a brilliant team.

What will be your responsibilities :

• Developing creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top professionals in the fields of technology, engineering, and innovation.
• Assisting in the creation and promotion of job advertisements across various platforms.
• Managing and optimising the recruitment process.
• Ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.
• Strengthening TEKEVER’s employer brand by promoting the company’s culture and values to candidates and recruitment partners.
• Participating in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to identify promising talent.
• Support on Onboarding functions
