Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for various positions within the company. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent for our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions and interview questions
• Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract a diverse pool of candidates
• Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with qualified candidates
• Coordinate and participate in in-person and virtual interviews with candidates
• Conduct reference and background checks for potential hires
• Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including completing necessary paperwork and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the company's applicant tracking system
• Assist with other HR-related tasks and projects as needed
