We're looking for motivated, service-minded professionals to join a secure, fast-paced customer experience team in Lisbon. Handle meaningful conversations with clients, assist with banking services, and be the first point of contact for one of Germany's most trusted financial institutions (name confidential).
What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver inbound customer support via phone and email for German-speaking banking customers only.
- Assist with account setup , phone banking identification , T-PIN , and mobile banking app installation.
- Resolve inquiries related to retail banking services , transactions, and account access during the first contact .
- Navigate sensitive financial data with professionalism and discretion .
- Collaborate with team leads to continuously improve customer satisfaction .
