Do you have C2-level French and are ready for a new adventure under the Portuguese sun? Were looking for enthusiastic and solution-oriented Customer Service Specialists to join our international team on-site in Lisbon .

Whether its answering a call with a smile or solving a tricky problem, youll be the go-to person for our French-speaking customers all while living your best Mediterranean life in one of Europes most vibrant cities.

What You'll Do

  • Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with professionalism and empathy
  • Troubleshoot issues and guide users toward quick solutions
  • Maintain service quality standards in a fast-paced environment

Your Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday
  • 07 : 0023 : 00 (rotative shifts)
  • 2 rotative days off per week
  • 24 / 7 shift schedule may be introduced at a later stage

    • What's in it for You

  • 3000 euro Welcome Bonus
  • Meal Allowance : 7.23 euro per working day
  • Transport Allowance : 20 euro per month
  • Health Insurance : From day 1 (with a small monthly contribution) free after 6 months
  • Workplace : On-site in Lisbon (not remote)

    • Relocating to Lisbon? Weve got your back :

  • Flight reimbursement up to 400 euro (paid after 6 months)
  • Accommodation : Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months only 280 euro / month, all bills included (directly deducted from your salary)

    • What You Need to Bring

  • C2-level French
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Valid EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse
  • Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
  • A problem-solving mindset and a can-do attitude
