Your Key Responsibilities

As M&A Experienced Consultant, you will have a dynamic and strategic role with the following challenges :

• Participating in transactions processes – Acquisitions, divestitures or merger assignments;
• Supporting deal origination through regular monitoring and analysis of industries and companies to develop understanding of potential buyers / sellers;
• Providing day-to-day execution support on M&A engagements, actively participating in different transaction workstreams;
• Synthesizing research information to be used in modeling, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications;
• Performing in-depth analysis of client financials and business performance, calculate and present key business metrics using internal client data and public data from external sources;
• Developing financial models and valuations with a deep understanding of financial statements analysis;
• Preparing high-quality transaction-related materials;
• Contributing to clients' business development;
• Preparing robust pitching materials and other presentations for clients.
