We are in search of a

Head of Electronics & Embedded Engineering

to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar.

In this role, you'll play a crucial role in

driving the structured execution of our electronics and embedded systems

— ensuring that every board, firmware, and integrated system is delivered on time, with quality, and ready to scale.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the full hardware+firmware execution lifecycle, from schematics and PCB development to firmware integration and release readiness
• Lead and support the Embedded and Electronics teams, coaching team leads, driving prioritization, and aligning technical execution with company goals
• Ensure cross-functional coordination, working closely with Product, QA, Industrialization and Program to remove blockers and deliver on time
• Establish and enforce engineering processes for peer reviews, gated releases, BOM validation, and documentation standards
• Monitor quality and reliability KPIs, driving accountability on test coverage, defect resolution, and post-release stability
• Support career growth and team structure, identifying needs, gaps and helping team members evolve into stronger individual contributors and leads
• Drive continuous improvement, reducing technical debt and improving delivery predictability across embedded and electronics pipelines
