Descrição do cargoLead and coordinate the planning and execution of strategic initiatives Act as the key point of contact for business stakeholders and cross-domain teams Define and manage program scope, planning, risks, and dependencies Ensure alignment with product organizations and support agile ceremonies Drive continuous improvement and contribute to communities of practice Ensure quality assurance, release coordination, and stakeholder communication 10+ years of experience in technology project / program management Strong background in software architecture, integration, and omnichannel delivery Experience in E-Commerce, Retail, CRM, and Customer Services domains Hands-on knowledge of APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, OMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP) Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus Project Management certification is recommended Willingness to travel occasionally (e.g., Geneva and other destinations)
