Content Moderator (German Market)

Location : Lisbon (Porto Salvo), Portugal On-site

Start Date : 26 June 2025

Role Overview

Were hiring a German-speaking Content Moderator to join our growing team in Lisbon! Youll review user-generated content for compliance with community standards and help maintain a safe online environment.

Key Details

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 07 : 00 to 22 : 00 (rotative shifts)
Days Off : Saturday & Sunday
Work model : On-site

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : 1,100 gross / month x 14 months (15,400 annually)

Performance Bonus : Up to 380 / month

Welcome Bonus : 3,000 gross (for all new hires in B&M onsite projects, German market, until end of July)

Meal Allowance : 7.63 net per working day

Transport Allowance : Not provided

Relocation Housing : Shared accommodation provided as part of the relocation package

Relocation Support

For those relocating from outside Portugal :

Hotel Accommodation : 28 days upon arrival

Flight Reimbursement : Up to 400 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)

For those relocating from within Portugal :

Hotel Accommodation : 15 days upon arrival

Travel Cost Reimbursement : Up to 150 after 180 days of contract (Economy Class)
