We are looking for a Release Manager for a hybrid position (Porto).

What we are looking for :

Release Management Expertise in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex releases across multiple applications and environments.

Strong knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, release tools, risk management, and rollback strategies.

Change Management Experience leading CAB sessions, managing change calendars, and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Skilled at assessing business / technical risk and ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.

Incident Management Proven track record in leading major incident response and crisis communications.

Strong capability in root cause analysis, postmortems, and feeding lessons back into change / release processes.

Core soft skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills. Resilient under pressure with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Fluent in written and spoken English.
